Arnold's World
The slogan at Royal Master Grinders for the IMTS 2010 Show is "MAKING SMARTER MACHINES". We worked with this theme as we started to lay out the initial plan for our booth. We selected what machines and how to present them based on this slogan.
"What would you want your machine to say if it could talk" became the question. We collaborated with our Customers, our Field Service Engineers, our Customer Application Engineers and paid attention to the world around us. We realized that two way communications is what is missing.
We collected the suggestions and worked it around with our Lead Programmer, Arnold. He is our "Man behind the curtain" at Royal Master Grinders. We love it when he says after a slight pause and look around the room, "Yeah, we can make that work!"
